I have to admit that prior to switching our listing over to you and the Karen King Group we really thought that we would never find a Buyer for our property. After going through 5 months without one showing, we were beginning to think that we would never sell our beautiful home. It’s really difficult when you have put your heart and soul into the building, decorating, and landscaping of a home, and can’t seem to find anyone who appreciates all you have done. Obviously, with a bad market it makes it a bit harder, but Fran and I were both starting to feel a little bit hopeless. We felt that the view itself was so absolutely beautiful, why wouldn’t someone see what we saw when we first walked the lot??? It was heartbreaking for us to sell to begin with, but knowing that we really needed to downsize basically brought us to this conclusion. We had heard wonderful things about you, but never realized just how professional and dedicated you were to finding a buyer for our home. Your positive outlook and big smile always made my day and your optimism that there was a “Buyer” out there gave us hope. If anyone could find them, you would! Your perseverance and follow-up with feedback from other Realtors and banks not only made our life easier, but gave us the confidence that we could count on you 100%. As we now know, our reliance on you paid off! Not only did you find a buyer for our home, but you found a ”Buyer” that would appreciate it and take care of it as we did. You could not have given us a “Happier Ending”!
Barbara, it has been an absolute pleasure working with both you and Karen. Fran and I have never met a more professional and pleasant team of Realtors. Dear Diane,
Can you believe we met over two years ago as Mitch and I took our first look at the Valley View house. Over the months/years that followed you patiently humored us by introducing/reshowing us numerous properties.
Through these you offered great advice on how we might renovate/update and we learned what we like and what was important to us. When we were finally able to commit to a purchase we felt as if available real estate was not going to meet our needs. So... we took the knowledge we had garnered with yor help and designed a house which we believe will be the perfect place to combine our lives and families.
Please know that Mitch and I are very appreciative of your time, expertise and commitment. It shown through again as you listed and helped to sell Mitch's house. Despite not having the "requisite" basket of towels inthe bathroom it sold in the blink of an eye which allowed us to tick one more thing off our "to do" list and alleviate some stress.
We so look forward to having you over to our new home once it is completed and we are settled in.

Hello to everyone at the Karen King Group involved in the sale of 160 Pondview Dr. in Ludlow! It has been a month now since we sold the property and I didn't want to let any more time go by without sending out a BIG "Thank you" to all who have helped me during the sale. A very BIG and special thank you goes out to Rita, who was absolutely amazing! Rita is such a hard and dedicated worker. She went above and beyond any of our expectations during this process. She is very knowledgeable about what she does. She has given many suggestions to us during the sale process in order to help us sell the home fast and ALL of her ideas were valid. I have had many friends who have dealt with real estate agents who have told me horror stories, but not me! Rita was 100% dedicated to us and available 100% of the time when I needed her. She answered 99% of my "many" phone calls, even when she was not working or on vacation, and when she wasn't available, she ALWAYS called me back within an hour or so after receiving my message. She always followed through with any of my requests in a speedy manner and always had my questions answered immediately. She was a pleasure to work with and I enjoyed getting to know her as a friend as well. I would recommend Rita to anyone who is interested in selling their home. I would also like to thank Karen for helping me during the negotiation process of the home. She was also available 100% of the time and helped me understand everything I needed to know. You all are the best and you take your work seriously and that is what makes your company "The Best"! Last year after living in our original home for 32 years we decided to sell and move into a new condo. In spite of the housing market beginning to take a turn for the worse, with the help of Rita and the Karen King group, we sold our home in 6 weeks...and received our asking price. From the moment we engaged Rita as our agent she worked tirelessly to get the house shown and marketed. She kept us apprised of what was going on in the housing market in our surrounding area, sometimes on a daily basis so that if we needed to make any changes or adjustments we could do so in a timely manner. She was instrumental in helping us get our house ready for the inspection which went off like clock work. She assisted us in finding 2 great lawyers for both closings and even after the house was sold she continued to keep in touch making sure that everything went smoothly with our move. Hi Karen--
My husband and I just wanted to let you know what a great realtor you have working for you. Andrea was awesome! She really listened to us and paid attention to our needs and picked out houses accordingly. She put a ton of miles on her car taking us everywhere and showing us all the areas. She gave us great information about all the areas and what activities were available in each. When we were looking at houses, she was honest about the things to look for--ie: newer roof, city sewer/water, newer electrical box, etc. Things that we would not know to look for being from Ohio. It was really a great experience and Shawn and I really have a good feel about the different areas and know where we want and don't want to be. Andrea went above and beyond any expectations we had about our time together. She was fun to spend 2 days with! We look forward to continuing our search with her and will highly recommend her to anyone we come in contact with in MA looking for a house. And if we find out we love it in MA and want to stay, she will be the one we'll want to help us find our next house!
